Growing for
generations
CONNECTING THE GENEROSITY OF TODAY WITH THE NEEDS OF TOMORROW.
Local Decisions, Trusted Stewardship
The Livingston County Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity affiliated with the Community Foundation of West Kentucky. Through this partnership, our funds are professionally managed by an accredited community foundation that meets the Community Foundations National Standards® established by the Council on Foundations.
This affiliation provides the strength of nationally recognized stewardship while ensuring charitable giving continues to benefit the people and communities of Livingston County.
Like the community we serve, our Foundation, Livingston’s very own grantmaking entity, has grown over time.
Established in 2016 as the Livingston County Education Foundation, our original focus was supporting educational opportunities for local students. As our vision expanded to serve the broader needs of Livingston County, the organization became the Livingston County Community Foundation in 2018 and proudly affiliated with the Community Foundation of West Kentucky.
In 2022, the Foundation reached another important milestone with the establishment of its permanent endowment—ensuring that today's generosity will continue creating opportunities for generations to come.
